I help people buy and sell homes in Boston, Cambridge and the surrounding communities, as a Managing Director at Compass. The work starts with what you want your next move to make possible, because that answer changes everything after it: which neighborhoods are worth your time, which compromises are real, and when a beautiful property is still the wrong purchase.

When someone tells me they need more space, I want to know what they are not willing to give up before we assume the answer is a bigger house farther out. When someone is ready to leave a longtime home, there are two decisions to get right: representing that home well, and making the next purchase something they are moving toward rather than settling for. When someone wants to start buying investment property, I connect the ambition to the ownership itself: the kind of asset, what it takes to operate, the constraints, and the decision that comes after the first one.

For sellers, that same attention goes into what makes the home worth choosing, and into the plan for preparing, pricing, presenting and negotiating it, and for the move that follows.

I have bought, renovated and managed properties of my own, which informs the advice on condition, cost and what a project really involves. It also taught me that a property has to work for the person who owns it, not just look convincing on paper.

We prepare before there is pressure, we weigh the choices with the full picture in view, and I advocate for you through the transaction. Afterward, the relationship continues as your questions and plans change.
