Meet Hans

Since entering real estate, Hans has enjoyed many achievements and glowing reviews. He had the highest sales volume at his previous brokerage company by his second year in the industry. One client put it best:

Hans' goal is to help buyers find homes and long-term investments that will suit their lifestyle and grow in value over time. Whether it’s a first-time home buyer, or a seasoned investor looking for an income-producing property, Hans listens carefully to his clients’ needs and works closely with them every step of the way to make sure they find the property that is the perfect fit for their needs.

For sellers, Hans assists with every aspect of the deal, from presentation, marketing, pricing, and all logistics up to the closing and beyond.  This guided expertise makes parting with that special property a little easier and makes the transaction as seamless and profitable as possible.

Prior to real estate, Hans worked at the State House as a District Director for a State Senator, and before that at the Department of Labor as a paralegal intern. He attended Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts, and Richmond International University in London and holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Hans lives in East Boston and specializes in the Greater Boston Area including Back Bay, South End, Charlestown. Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, and all Boston neighborhoods. Outside of real estate, you can find him out in nature whether it be hiking or mountain biking on the wooded trails surrounding Boston or soaking up the sun on the beaches of Cape Cod.
