The Residences at Vernal is an development project I am proud to have led along with our Design Lead Rebecca Ascoli and Construction Lead Andrea Matias.  

The project involved a full renovation within an existing structure in the bustling city of Everett. Our aim was to bring something new to the growing city, 3 luxury new construction condos at an affordable price point not often found so close to Boston.

I couldn't be more proud of the efforts of our entire team - from schematic design, construction, and interior design all the way through marketing, listing, and ultimately selling the properties, we were a united team with one goal. And I'm proud to say we accomplished it.

Each residence is meticulously designed, featuring vintage doorbells, custom cabinetry, and elegant vanities. With original repurposed beams exuding character, these luxury condos are a blend of unique finishes and classic charm. They're truly one of a kind.

In the end, we were able to sell all 3 units for a then record price-per-SF for the City of Everett.
